What Peridive makes possible
From question to answer to action.
Ask an ordinary question and get an accurate answer drawn from across your business. Peridive connects the information already living in your systems, so you can ask about performance, marketing, finances, or whatever else you need to know.
Every business has questions. What are yours?
How we help
Almost everything we build does one of three things.
Different businesses, different systems, similar opportunities. Most engagements start in one of these and grow into the others.
Get a straight answer.
Peridive connects the systems you already use so information that normally lives in separate places works together. Ask a question and get the answer in seconds. Compare performance, understand what is changing, and see what is happening without waiting for someone to build another report.
Live business answers · Connected systems · Performance visibility · Management and investor reporting
How Visibility works → 02 — EfficiencyGive people better work to do.
Month-end should take a morning. Somewhere in your business, a person is acting as an integration layer between two pieces of software that were never introduced to each other. Peridive replaces that — and gives the hours back to the work you actually hired them for.
Reconciliation and month-end close · Inventory and reordering · Recurring reporting
How Efficiency works → 03 — OpportunitySee what you have been missing.
When sales, customer, financial, marketing, and operating information live in different places, it is hard to see where the business has more potential. Peridive brings it together so you can see where you’re losing time, leaving revenue on the table, or missing patterns that matter.
Revenue opportunities · Resource utilization · Win-back and reactivation · Customer behavior · Operational patterns
How Opportunity works →“He didn’t just build the solution — he transitioned ownership to an internal team member with a remarkably small amount of incremental training.”
Luke Sumpter Peridive Founder
Background
Built from firsthand business experience.
Luke grew up around entrepreneurs and multi-location medical practices, with an early view into the decisions behind growing and running a business. He studied finance at SMU and began his career in corporate development before moving into business intelligence at a private-equity-backed, 27-location medical aesthetics company.
His work expanded across reporting, data infrastructure, systems, automation and AI — using them to answer operating questions, improve visibility and help the business perform better. That experience put him in an unusual position: close enough to the technology to build it, and close enough to the business to understand what operators actually need.
That is the gap Peridive fills today. Luke works between technology and operations, translating business problems into simpler processes, clearer answers and better-performing systems.
“The biggest opportunities are usually hiding in the things a business has just gotten used to doing the hard way. I help uncover them.”

Show us how your business works.
Before anything gets built, Peridive learns how your business actually works — virtually or in person, with minimal disruption to your team. That means understanding the systems you use, how information moves, where work gets stuck, and which definitions matter across the business.
From there, the first project is usually the same: getting your systems talking to each other. The booking system, point of sale, accounting software, payroll, ad platforms, and other core tools are brought together, reconciled, and organized around a shared set of definitions.
That foundation makes everything that follows more useful — better reporting, reliable automation, faster answers, and a clearer view of the business.
